Esteban Olivares possesses extensive experience in higher education, particularly in the development and management of pre-college programs and university partnerships. Currently serving as Head of New University Partnerships & Managed Programs at Summer Discovery since October 2019, Esteban has been instrumental in tailoring partnerships and overseeing compliance and policy management to enhance student experiences. Previous roles include Assistant Dean of Summer and Special Programs at Georgetown University, where Esteban managed a multi-million budget and a robust summer academic curriculum for 3,000 students, and Director of GWU Pre-College Programs, focusing on enrollment management and strategic planning. With a Master's degree in Intercultural & International Management and a background in educational consulting, Esteban is dedicated to improving educational access and enriching academic opportunities for diverse student populations.
