Jacob G. is a skilled professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition, executive leadership, and operations management. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Summer Discovery since January 2023, Jacob previously held the position of Executive Director at Vista Camps from January 2021 to January 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Director of Operations at Camp Balcones Springs, where responsibilities encompassed directing activity departments, website content creation, IT liaison duties, event management, and staff development. Jacob also has extensive experience in admissions and territory management from Abilene Christian University and management roles at Disney Cruise Line, which involved training and supervising new crew members, as well as promoting events. Early career experience includes the role of Associate Buyer at Southeastern Freight Lines. Jacob holds an MBA from Abilene Christian University and a Bachelor of Science in Communication from the same institution.
