Musina Makhado Special Economic Zone (SOC)
MMSEZ is a Limpopo Provincial Government flagship programme located in Vhembe District Municipality along the North-South Corridor anchored by the Beitbridge Border Post and the N1 road. The programme is made up of two strategic sites, the Northern site located at the Antonvilla Farm (3500 ha) within the Musina Local Municipality. The Antonvilla site is designated for light to medium industrial activities focusing on manufacturing, agro-processing and logistics sectors. The second site is located at the border between the two municipalities of Musina and Makhado with a land measuring about 8000 ha straddling across the N1 road next to the Baobab Toll Gate. The Southern Site is designated for a heavy industrial park focusing on renewable energy and metallurgy
