Lee Cowles

Lee Cowles has a comprehensive background in mechanical engineering, with experience ranging from being a Mechanical Engineer in the RAF to a Workshop Manager at Parsons Peebles. Currently working as a Mechanical Team Leader at Musk Process Services, Lee leads a team of engineers in maintaining and rectifying various components of a sugar refinery. Prior to this role, Lee worked as a Mechanical Technician at BOMBARDIER and an Aviation Technician at M&E Global Resources. With a solid foundation in mechanical work, Lee has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and technical skills throughout their career.
