Rachel Gorman, MBA, CMP, is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Muskegon Lakeshore Chamber of Commerce while also holding the position of Commissioner At-Large at the City of Muskegon. With a background in alumni and donor relations, development, and events coordination, Rachel has a proven track record of driving successful initiatives and programs. Through her roles, she has demonstrated strong financial stewardship, led impactful advocacy efforts, and implemented diversity, equity, and inclusion programs. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Grand Valley State University and an Executive MBA in Integrative Management from Michigan State University.

Our mission is to sustain an environment for business success through community leadership, community promotion, inclusive business advocacy, and valued member services. Since forming in 1893, the chamber has worked on many projects for the advancement of our community. During our journey, the chamber has helped in projects such as the Muskegon County Airport, public park systems, and the Muskegon Farmer’s Market.
