Shushmita Shobnom

Shushmita Shobnom is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Officer at Muslim Aid UK since May 2023. Prior to this role, Shushmita held the position of Assistant HR Officer at Islamic Relief Bangladesh from March 2021 to May 2023, and worked as a Human Resources & Administrator Executive at Immi Visa Pty Ltd from June 2018 to February 2021. Shushmita began their career in Human Resources as an Executive at SYMACSAT in 2017. Shushmita holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Independent University, Bangladesh, and has furthered education with a Postgraduate Diploma in HR from BiMS. Currently, Shushmita is pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management at Independent University, Bangladesh, expected to complete in May 2025.
