Hossam Youssef Ezz Eldin has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Hossam Youssef began their career in 1990 as a Computer Programmer at Sakhr Software. From 1991 to 2004, they worked as a Senior Analyst Programmer at The Arab Contractors, where they developed and implemented computer system projects. In 2002, they joined the International Organization for Relief, Welfare & Development as an IT Manager, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the ICT department. Hossam Youssef also served as a Strategic Planning Coordinator and Quality Manager, implementing a new strategic plan that impacted the entire organization. In 2014, they joined the Muslim World League as the Head of Risk Section, where they identified hazards, analyzed risks, and devised ways to eliminate or control them. Hossam Youssef later worked as a Consultant at Almobdioon Center for Studies And Research, providing creative solutions and contributing to strategic plans for various projects. Throughout their career, Hossam has demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to adapt to different industries and roles.

Hossam Youssef Ezz Eldin attended Cairo University from 1987 to 1990, where they focused on Business/Commerce studies. In 1995, they pursued a high diploma in Computer Science at Ain Shams University, which they completed in 1996. In addition to their degree, they obtained a diploma in graduate studies in computer science with a specialization in commercial applications from Ain Shams University in May 1995.
