Bill Bergman

Bill Bergman has over 20 years of work experience in the real estate industry. Bill is currently serving as the Senior Vice President at Muss Development since May 2022. Prior to joining Muss Development, Bill worked as the Vice President of Leasing at the same company from September 2013 to June 2022. Before that, they worked at Rose Associates as a Commercial Leasing Manager from June 2004 to August 2013. Additionally, they held the role of Commercial Leasing Coordinator at Rose Associates from June 2004 to August 2012. From October 2001 to May 2004, Bill worked as an Associate Director at Murray Hill Properties. Bill started their career as a Leasing Associate at Helmsley-Spear, Inc in September 1999 and worked there until September 2001. Lastly, they began their career in real estate as a Real Estate Salesperson at Wertheim and Associates from October 1997 to August 1999.

Bill Bergman received their high school education from Yeshivah Of Flatbush from 1989 to 1993. Bill then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science/Judaic Studies from the University at Albany, SUNY, from 1993 to 1997. Bill furthered their education with a Master of Science degree in Real Estate and Finance from New York University, spanning from 2005 to 2008.
