Eli Stahler

Eli Stahler has extensive experience in acquisitions and asset management. Eli has held key roles at several companies, including VP of Acquisitions and Asset Management at Muss Development since 2020. In this role, they have acquired over $100 million of multifamily real estate and overseen due diligence for potential acquisitions. Prior to this, they served as VP of Acquisitions at Beechwood Forest Group, where they acquired $38 million of multifamily real estate and raised over $7 million of equity. Eli also worked as VP of Acquisitions at EB Real Estate Group, leading the acquisition of over 1,700 units totaling $110 million. Eli began their career as an Investment Research Analyst at Aegis Capital.
