MUST Ministries
Kaliegha Pierce, CNP, has extensive experience in case management and support roles across various organizations. Since March 2019, Kaliegha has worked as a Case Manager at MUST Ministries, while also serving in a similar capacity at Cobb and Douglas County Community Services Board since May 2018. Kaliegha gained initial experience as an intern at Flowering Branch Children's Shelter starting in January 2018, where responsibilities included performing intake forms, attending court hearings, and assisting with grant applications. Prior roles include a Unit Support Associate at WellStar Health System from May 2017 to April 2018 and a Case Management Intern at Communities in Schools of Marietta/Cobb County in late 2016. Kaliegha holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Kennesaw State University, earned in 2018.
MUST Ministries
For almost 50 years, MUST has established itself as a servant leader caring for those in need in the Marietta, Smyrna and Canton/Cherokee county communities. Founded in 1971 by the Rev. Wayne Williams, MUST Ministries’ initial programs included a grocery bus ministries for the elderly, a youth tutoring program and outreach ministries to "alienated" young people. Since it’s inception, MUST has fulfilled Wayne's vision of connecting people who have a desire to help with those who need help the most. Today, MUST encompasses more than 6,000 volunteers who are continually helping MUST Ministries achieve its goal of being Georgia’s most respected servant-leader.
