Alicia Deaton

Alicia Deaton is a Senior Geologist with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently leading development projects in Western Oklahoma and the Arkoma Basin for Mustang Fuel Corp since November 2017. Previous roles include consulting at H-Petro-R and serving as a Senior Geologist at Devon Energy, where Alicia focused on strategic innovation across various business units. Prior experience includes positions as an Associate Geologist at BHP, where exploration efforts were concentrated in the Delaware Basin, and prior roles at Devon Energy, specializing in development and operations in multiple basins, including Midland and Anadarko. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Reservoir Characterization from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor’s degree in General Geology from The University of Texas at Austin.
