Dave Madden

Dave Madden is the founder and director of mustard, a successful architectural recruitment company. Dave has over fifteen years of experience in the industry, having worked their way up from regional manager to London manager to owner of their own company.

Madden started their career in 1995 as a regional manager for Mud Dock Cycleworks et Cafe. Dave then spent four years as the London manager for SIV Group before being promoted to regional manager for SIV Architectural Recruitment. In 2005, they left SIV to start their own company, oliveworks.

After two years at oliveworks, Madden decided to focus their energies on mustard, which they had started as a side project. Since 2007, they have been running mustard full-time and has built it into a thriving business.

Dave Madden's educational career began at Stanley High School. Dave then went on to study aeronautical engineering at the University of the West of England. After graduating from university, Dave Madden obtained a certification from the Institute of Recruitment Professionals in FIRP.
