Ian Prophet

Ian Prophet is the current Founder and Financial Director at mustard. Ian has over eighteen years of experience in finance and accounting, with a specific focus on business growth and development.

Ian started their career at SIV Human Resources Limited, where they served as Finance Director for seven years. During their time with SIV, Ian was responsible for all financial aspects of the business including budgets, management accounts, year-end reporting, cash management, and liaising with external advisors. Under Ian's leadership, SIV grew three-fold and profits rose from £0.1 million to £0.75 million.

In 2010, Ian left SIV to join Zenith Logistic Group Limited as their Financial Controller/Analyst. Ian stayed with Zenith for just over a year before moving on to their current role at mustard.

At mustard, Ian is responsible for the financial planning and strategy of the company. Ian works closely with the CEO to ensure that the company is making sound financial decisions and achieving its long-term goals. Ian is also responsible for managing the company's budget, overseeing investments, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Ian Prophet has a FCCA from the University of the West of England and is also a member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants. Ian also has an A Level in Accountancy from Soundwell College, Bristol.
