John Taylor

John Taylor has over three decades of experience in the culinary industry, currently serving as the Fresh Items Manager at Mustard Seed Market & Cafe since October 2015, where the focus is on promoting healthy eating and community engagement. Prior to this role, John held the position of Executive Chef at Executive Caterers, Inc. from October 2012 to September 2015, and served as Executive Chef at Sammy's from February 1987 to July 2012. John Taylor received an Associate of Arts degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from The University of Akron, with earlier education completed at Normandy High School.
