Co-founder & Chief Content Officer at Mustard

Diana Might has a diverse range of work experience in the content creation and production industry. Diana co-founded and served as the Chief Content Officer at Mustard, Inc since April 2020. Prior to that, they founded and acted as the Executive Producer at Aligned Los Angeles, an agency specializing in branding, content creation, and social media management. At Aligned Los Angeles, Diana worked with notable clients such as RedBull, Puma, Hugo Boss, and Skillshare. Diana also collaborated with leading influencers to create impactful native product integrations.

In 2018, Diana worked as a Senior Producer at Netflix, where they contributed to various projects. Diana also worked as a Location Producer on a three-part documentary called "The Bling Ring," based on the infamous robberies that occurred in LA in 2008-2009. Their responsibilities included negotiating access to top Hollywood celebrities, conducting screen test interviews, and collaborating closely with the director.

Diana then joined Meta in 2021 as a Supervising Producer. Diana later served as the Chief Creative Officer at BFROW Limited from November 2018 to February 2020. Throughout their career, Diana has held key production roles at Discovery Inc, HUGO BOSS, PUMA Group, October Films, and BBC. These roles have allowed their to work on various projects, including social media campaigns, location productions, and documentary productions for renowned broadcasting networks and companies.

Diana Might completed their Bachelor's degree in Communications & Psychology from New York College from 2008 to 2010. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Digital Media & Scriptwriting from Goldsmiths, University of London from 2011 to 2012.
