Shelley Thomas

Shelley is a qualified chartered accountant. She completed her articles at Kessel Feinstein and is currently self-employed.

Her previous roles have included that of head of forensic, compliance, and governance in private practice.

Shelley has also been appointed to the role of financial director, internal audit director and that of company secretary in private sector companies.

She has over 20 years of experience sitting on boards and committees in both the public and private sectors.

Shelley is appointed as the Chairperson of Social & Ethics Committee, Member of Audit & Risk Committee and Member of the Remuneration & Nomination Committee.
