Simon Francklin

Simon Francklin has extensive experience in information technology, currently serving as both Information Technology Manager and IT Infrastructure Manager at Mustek Limited since January 2004. Key competencies include expertise in VoIP solutions with Avaya and Cisco, network infrastructure management using Huawei and Cisco, and data center maintenance. Previously, Simon held positions as a Specialist in servers and storage, lab technician, and IT administrator. Prior to Mustek Limited, Simon worked as an Enterprise Technician and Field Technician at Golden Mile from April to November 2003, focusing on diagnostics and repairs for an insurance service provider. Simon attended the University of Pretoria from 2001 to 2002.
