Lyra Juinio has a long and varied work experience. Lyra began their career as a Graphic Designer at 8 Point Studio in 2009, where they collaborated with the Principal Graphic Designer to develop brochures, logos, posters, programs, packaging, signage and websites. In 2010, they moved to Two's Company where they designed and produced 20 catalogs per year, prepared pre-production files for printer, photo retouched, designed and mocked-up of product packaging, and assisted in various photo shoots. From 2013 to 2018, they worked as an Independent Graphic Designer for clients such as Social Light, MedicineShow Agency, Homeworx by Harry Slatkin, Wayfinding Academy and Two's Company. In 2013, they also became a Web Graphic Designer at Gump's, where they were responsible for the creation of assets for direct marketing collateral and gumps.com. In 2018, they joined MustHaveMenus as a UI/UX Design Manager, Marketing Design Manager, Design Manager and Graphic Designer. In this role, they created visually stunning designs for menus, restaurant marketing materials and a range of new products, contributed to expanding the asset library of illustrations, and designed for various company marketing initiatives. Additionally, they also worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer for Social Light and Wayfinding Academy.
Lyra Juinio attended the New York Institute of Technology from 2005 to 2006, where they studied Graphic Design. Lyra then attended the University of Applied Sciences and Arts, Northwestern Switzerland, Academy of Art & Design from 2006 to 2008, also studying Graphic Design. Lyra then attended Purchase College, SUNY from 2006 to 2009, where they earned a BFA, cum laude in Graphic Design.
