Tiia Antila has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tiia is currently the Head of Category & Campaign and Deputy CCO at Musti Group, where they lead the Nordic Category & Campaign organization and acts as the deputy Chief Commercial Officer. Prior to this role, they were the Head of Category & Campaign at Musti Group, leading the Nordic Category & Campaign organization across all markets and channels. Tiia also served as the Head of Category & Sourcing at Musti Group, leading the Nordic Category & Sourcing organization.

Before joining Musti Group, Tiia worked at Premium Pet Food Factory as a Board Member. Prior to that, they held various positions at Fazer, including Brand and Category Director for Fazer Lifestyle Foods, where they led the FMCG non-dairy category across all markets. Tiia also served as the Senior Manager of Fazer Brand Identity, overseeing the renewal of the brand's visual identity and managing the Fazer Strategy internal launch.

Tiia's previous experience includes roles at Familon Oy as the Marketing Director, where they led NPD & marketing with P&L responsibility and was a member of the Familon Management Team. Tiia also worked at Finlayson Oy as the Product Group Director for Familon, leading the business unit responsible for pillows, quilts, and foam products in Finland, Russia, and the Baltics.

Earlier in their career, Tiia worked at Procter & Gamble as the Market Strategy & Planning Manager for Salon Professional and Prestige Brands in Finland. Tiia also held positions at Beauty Connection Ltd as a Product & Key Account Manager and at Berner as a Brand Manager. Their career started at LUMENE Oy, where they worked as a Product Manager.

Throughout their career, Tiia Antila has demonstrated expertise in category management, brand strategy, NPD, marketing communication, and stakeholder partnerships. Tiia has a strong track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving business growth.
