Andreas Fix

Andreas Fix has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Andreas started their career at RUAG Space in 2009, where they worked as a Development Engineer until 2012. Andreas then transitioned to the role of Subproject Manager/(M)AIT Engineer until 2015, and later worked as a Continuous Improvement Specialist. In 2016, Andreas joined Brandl Industries as a Project Manager for Organizational Process Improvement & Digitalization. Andreas also served as the Head of Project Management (Interim) for the company from 2018 to 2019. From 2019 to 2022, Andreas worked at Ingenics AG as a Senior Consultant/Project Manager focusing on Digital Solutions for the Industry. Currently, they are an Associate Director at Mutares SE & Co. KGaA, specializing in Smart Factory, Data, and IT.

Andreas Fix received an Executive MBA in Strategic Management from Kalaidos Fachhochschule Schweiz in the years 2012 to 2014. Andreas obtained a degree in Aerospace Engineering / Diplomingenieur Luftfahrzeugtechnik (FH) from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences from 2003 to 2008, with a focus on Luftfahrzeugtechnik / Luftbetriebstechnik / Leichtbau. In 2017, they completed a Change Companion program at Timmermann Partners, specializing in Change Management. From 2015 to 2016, Andreas pursued an Intermediate coaching education in co-active coaching at CTI - Schouten Germany.
