Nimit Mehta

Nimit Mehta currently serves as the Head of India/ME for M&A and Operations at Mutares SE & Co. KGaA, where responsibilities include establishing and ramping up operations in India, alongside acting as an Operating Partner for companies across the UK, Europe, and India. Nimit also holds the position of Chief Restructuring Officer and Board Member for three portfolio companies: SFC Solutions, Gemini Rail Services, and Adcomms Limited. Prior experience includes a Director role in Turnaround & Restructuring Strategy at EY and various senior positions at ALIXPARTNERS UK LLP. Nimit holds an MBA from INSEAD and advanced degrees in Systems Engineering from Penn State University and Electrical Engineering from Stony Brook University, in addition to experience at Bombardier Transportation.
