Ran Zhu

Ran Zhu is the Director at Mutares AG. Ran has also worked as the Group Transformation Director at Digicel Group and the Group Finance Manager and Assistant Project Manager at VEON.

Ran Zhu has extensive experience in leading transformation projects and financial controlling. Ran was responsible for monthly financial reviews for cost as well as budget/forecast at Digicel Group. At VEON, they were SPOC (single point of contact) and led the financial controlling and reporting for all 13 OpCos and HQ in performance transformation program to reinvent the business model and transform the cost base including OPEX, CAPEX and working capital with USD 1.5 bln equity free cash flow savings.

Ran Zhu graduated with a master's degree in finance from the University of Amsterdam and a bachelor's degree in economics from Tilburg University.

Ran Zhu reports to Robin Laik, CEO. Ran Zhu works with Johannes Laumann - CIO, Christian Klingler - Managing Director, and Mathieu Purrey - Managing Director.
