Mahantesh Jamagoud

Mahantesh Jamagoud has a diverse work experience in the finance and banking sector. Mahantesh started their career in 2013 as a Sales Executive at Shriram Transport Finance Company Limited, where they provided loans for private and commercial vehicles. In 2015, they joined Bajaj Finserv as an Assistant Branch Manager, handling products such as vehicle refinance and rural personal loans. Mahantesh later became an Area Sales Manager, responsible for sourcing business and maintaining delinquency. Since 2018, Mahantesh has been working at Muthoot Fincorp Ltd., where they started as an Area Manager managing 10 branches. Mahantesh was then promoted to Senior Area Manager and currently holds the position of Chief Manager. In their roles, they have been responsible for driving P&L, managing teams, implementing strategic initiatives, ensuring compliance, and maintaining profitability and cost control measures. Mahantesh has strong experience in team management, target setting, recruitment, and reporting.

Mahantesh Jamagoud earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business/Commerce from JSS STC ARTS AND COMM COLLEGE, BANAHATTI, where they studied from 2005 to 2008. Mahantesh later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, as well as in Finance from JSS Dr.D.Veerendra Hegde Research Centre, Dharwad, from 2010 to 2012.
