Suresh Dabbiru

Suresh Dabbiru has extensive work experience in the field of learning and development. Suresh is currently serving as the Chief Manager Learning Development at Muthoot Fincorp Ltd. Prior to this, they worked at Dr Reddys Foundation where they held various roles including Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager, Sr Executive, and Facilitator. Suresh also worked as a Corporate Trainer at the National Institute of Tourism and Hospitality Management and as a Trainer at AP Tourism. Suresh's roles have involved identifying training and development needs, designing and expanding training programs, and engaging with communities to promote training initiatives.

Suresh Dabbiru has a diverse educational background. Suresh first attended IHMCT, Hyderabad from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management. Suresh then pursued further education at Andhra Vidhalaya from 2003 to 2006, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce, General. Suresh went on to achieve a Master's Degree in Social Work from Acharya Nagarjuna University, graduating in 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Suresh has also obtained several certifications. Suresh completed the course "Research Data Management and Sharing" from Coursera in October 2019. In December 2018, they obtained a certification for the course "Innovation Through Design: Think, Make, Break, Repeat" from the same institution. Suresh also completed the course "Design Thinking for Innovation" from Coursera in July 2018.
