Atul Verma has over 14 years of experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Atul is currently working as the Corporate Manager- Lead Talent Acquisition at Muthoot Homefin (India) Limited, where they are responsible for driving strategic recruitment initiatives and attracting top talent aligned with organizational goals. Previously, Atul has held various HR positions at companies such as Annapurna Finance Pvt. Ltd., Axis Securities Limited, Muthoot Fincorp Ltd., Margam Information Technologies, Cognizant Technology Solutions, and TCS. Throughout their career, Atul has demonstrated expertise in talent management, HR operations, employee engagement, and building high-performance cultures.

Atul Verma completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Business/Commerce from the University of Mumbai between 1998 and 2002. Atul then pursued a Master of Human Resource Development Management degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the same university from 2008 to 2011.
