Erik Ernst

Erik Ernst's work experience includes:

- Currently working as a Data Developer at MUTT DATA since November 2021. Erik is involved in a computer vision project that integrates OCRs with field extractions and CNN to detect objects in the same images. Some of the technologies used in this project include Python, Docker, YOLO, OCRs, MySQL, SQLAlchemy, FastAPI, and Ray.

- Started working as a Research Assistant at Torcuato Di Tella University in July 2022. Erik is responsible for developing a Python library under the supervision of Agustín Gravano and Ramiro Gálvez at the AI lab. The library aims to measure acoustic-prosodic entrainment in speech.

- Worked as a Teacher Assistant at the University of Buenos Aires from September 2021 to February 2023. Their tasks included answering student queries and preparing and giving classes for Algorithms and Data structures II.

- Worked as a Freelance Software Engineer at Soft for Business from July 2021 to August 2021. Erik provided assistance in interpreting client needs and database analysis potential, created database reports and data visualizations, and reported bugs from the project's backend in Python.

Erik Ernst attended the University of Buenos Aires from 2019 to 2024, pursuing a Licenciatura degree in Computer Science. Additionally, starting in 2019, they also pursued a second Licenciatura degree in Philosophy at the same university.
