Ester Salom Mariano

Ester Salom Mariano is an experienced professional in human resources and education, currently serving as Técnico de Selección, Planificación y Desarrollo de RRHH at MUTUA BALEAR since May 2023. Ester has held various academic positions at the Universitat de les Illes Balears since 2018, including roles as an associate professor and coordinator for different programs within the fields of Education and Psychology. Prior to current engagements, Ester managed operations at Atenzia and taught English at Kids&Us. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and multiple master's degrees in Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology, alongside specialization in prevention of occupational risks.
