Earl Dell has over 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Earl started their career at Principal Financial Group as a Senior Loan Originator, where they achieved great success and was recognized as the number one mortgage originator in the country. Earl then went on to work at Fifth Third Bank as a Vice President, Regional Manager, managing branch offices and overseeing the training and recruitment of loan originators. Earl continued to excel in their career at Bank of America as an Area Sales Manager, growing the area's closing from $200 million to $1.6 billion in just three years. Earl later joined Guaranteed Rate as the Managing Director of National Retail Sales, where they led a team of branch managers and loan officers and exceeded the production goal by 50%. Earl also worked at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and PNC in various managerial roles, overseeing sales teams and achieving significant growth in their respective markets. Earl's most recent role was at First Midwest Bank as the Vice President Regional Sales Manager, where they successfully expanded the sales team to over 50 branches in the Chicagoland market. Currently, Earl is the SVP Head of Retail Sales at Mutual of Omaha Mortgage, where they continue to drive growth and maintain high survey ratings.

Earl Dell graduated from Lincoln-Way High School in 1986 with a general degree. Following high school, they attended Illinois State University from 1987 to 1991 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics. In 1988, they also earned a Mousters Degree in Business Applications from the Disney Institute. Additionally, in 1990, Earl obtained a Ducktorate Degree in Management from the Disney Institute. More recently, in February 2018, they obtained a certification as a Residential Mortgage Lender from the Mutual of Omaha Mortgage.
