Erika Schroth

Erika Schroth currently works at Mutual of Omaha Mortgage as a Human Resources Coordinator. Prior to this role, Erika served as a Human Resources Assistant and Onboarding Assistant at the same company. Erika also gained experience as a Business Operations Intern at Little House of Flowers in San Diego. Erika holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources Management and a minor in International Security and Conflict Resolution from San Diego State University, as well as completed studies at the Brussels School of Governance.
