Rachael Loonam

Rachael Loonam has a diverse work history spanning over 13 years. Rachael began their career at MB Financial Bank in 2008 as a Customer Service Representative and stayed with the company for four years. In 2012, they moved on to Bank of America, where they worked as a Loan Processor and later as a Processing Manager. After three years, they joined Eagle Home Mortgage as an Operations Manager, and eventually became an Assistant Center Manager. In 2021, they transitioned to Mutual of Omaha Mortgage as the Director of Operations, and currently holds the position of Senior Vice President Operations.

Rachael Loonam earned their Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Lewis University, which they pursued from 2007 to 2011.
