Kim Lauren

Kim Lauren is an accomplished training and development professional with extensive experience in the financial services and education sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Consumer Direct Sales Learning and Development at Mutual of Omaha Reverse Mortgage since January 2021, Kim previously held various roles, including Sales Training Manager and Learning and Development Trainer at American Advisors Group, Inc., where responsibilities included designing and delivering comprehensive training for sales teams. Prior experience encompasses roles at Kawasaki USA, Corinthian Colleges, Wells Fargo, and Primerica Financial Services, where Kim demonstrated expertise in developing training programs, managing onboarding initiatives, and enhancing organizational performance through targeted learning solutions. Kim holds a Master of Science in Psychology from California Southern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from San Diego State University, complemented by an Associate Degree in Communications from Sullivan County Community College.
