Previously, Rick excelled as the Northern California Area Sales Manager at Security One Lending, achieving recognition as the #1 Top Performing Area Sales Manager from 2012 to 2014 and fostering a culture of mentorship and unconditional support. Rick's background also includes successful roles at Bank of America Home Loans and Reverse Mortgage Resources & Financial Freedom, where notable achievements included being a consistent top producer and receiving the Bank of America Regional Volunteer of the Year award.
