Hallie Kammeyer

Hallie Kammeyer, PHR, CCP serves as the Vice President of Workplace Solutions Strategy, Innovation & Communications at Mutual of Omaha, a position held since June 2008. Kammeyer has extensive experience in strategic business planning, portfolio management, and internal communications across various roles within the company, including Director of Business Planning & Communications and Associate Business Planning Manager. In addition to leadership roles, Kammeyer has contributed significantly to the Women in Leadership Employee Resource Group, fostering career development for over 750 members. Prior to Mutual of Omaha, Kammeyer was a Human Resources Manager at Lowe's Home Improvement. Kammeyer is currently pursuing an MBA with a focus on Business Analytics & Human Resource Management at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, complementing a BS in Business Management from Iowa State University.
