Aditi Pawar has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and positions. In 2016, they started their career as a Summer Trainee at Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited. Aditi then worked as a Robotic Process Automation AA Developer at Technograph Consultancy Services in 2017, where they developed automation solutions using Automation Anywhere v10.3 Enterprise Client.

In 2018, Aditi joined the University of Dayton as a Retail Operations Specialist before becoming a GCA Supervisor from June 2018 to December 2019.

In 2020, they worked as an RPA Developer at Primesoft Inc, where they were involved in setting up Center of Excellence (CoE) standards and developing Metabots from scratch.

In 2021, Aditi joined CONFLUX as an RPA Developer, where they developed robust bots using A360 and automated Java Oracle to generate output reports. Aditi also developed a bot framework template to maintain standards throughout the organization.

Currently, Aditi is working as an Intelligent Automation Engineer I at Mutually Human, starting in October 2021.

Aditi Pawar completed their Bachelor's of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication from Doctor Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University from 2013 to 2017. Aditi then pursued a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Dayton from 2018 to 2019. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including Automation Anywhere Certified Master RPA Professional, Microsoft Azure - Beginner's Guide + AZ-900 preparation, Complete Python Bootcamp: Go from zero to hero in Python 3, UiPath Licensing Training, Java for complete Beginners, Technical Support Specialist, Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional, and Python 3 Tutorial Course. These certifications were achieved between 2016 and 2021 from institutions such as Automation Anywhere, Udemy, UiPath, and SoloLearn.
