Steven Sousa has a comprehensive work experience in the banking industry. Steven started their career at Greater Boston Bank in 1981 as a Vice President, where they worked for 16 years until 1997. Steven then joined Massachusetts Co-operative Bank as a Senior Vice President in 1998 for a year before moving on to S Bank in 1999. At S Bank, they held the role of Senior Vice President - Retail & Operations until 2004. In 2005, they joined MutualOne Bank as the EVP & Chief Operating Officer, where they continue to work.
Steven Sousa attended Boston Latin School from 1972 to 1978. Steven then went on to study at Lesley University, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Management. Additionally, they earned a BS in Management from Lesley University.
