Susanne Grundler

Susanne Grundler is an experienced professional in the field of Human Resources and People Management, currently serving as a People Business Partner at Muuto since September 2022. Prior to this role, Susanne held positions as Head of People & Culture and People & Culture Manager at NØIE from November 2021 to August 2022. Susanne also worked as Director of People during the merger of Brandwatch and Falcon.io from March 2019 to October 2021, and previously served as a Senior People Partner at Falcon.io. Earlier experience includes leading HR management at Arvantis Group as Head of HR Management and functioning as HR Business Partner at Allianz Global Investors. Susanne’s career commenced in talent acquisition at ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE. Susanne holds a Master’s Degree in Economic, Organizational and Social Psychology from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Paris Lodron Universität Salzburg.
