Shalindri Fernando is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development, language, and communication training. Currently serving as Deputy Manager for both Learning & Development and Language and Communications Training at Muve Colombo since July 2021, Shalindri plays a pivotal role in strategic planning and achieving organizational goals. Previously, Shalindri has held positions such as Senior Trainer for Language & Communication and Trainer at Pulse, as well as Teacher for Language & Communication at The Varuni Jayasekara Academy of Speech and Drama. Additionally, Shalindri has contributed to organizations like the Lakshman Kadirgamar Institute and UNESCO. Academic qualifications include a Master's in Human Resources Management from the University of Northampton and an Advanced Diploma in Train the Trainer from the City & Guilds of London Art School.
