Vivian Creasy is a seasoned marketing and operational leader currently serving as Head of Marketing at Mux since April 2025. Prior to this role, Vivian held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Opya, where responsibilities included overseeing Client Services, Strategic Operations, Marketing, Product and IT, and Recruiting teams from May 2022 to October 2024. At Care.com, Vivian advanced from Senior Director roles in Network Strategy and Trusted Child Care Operations to Vice President of Network Strategy & Development, focusing on enhancing caregiver recruitment and client relations. As Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Trusted Child Care, Vivian played a pivotal role in developing an innovative software solution for childcare matching. Vivian holds an MBA with emphases in Marketing and Corporate Strategy from the University of Michigan and an AB in Government from Harvard University.
