Howard Mahon has a diverse work experience with various roles in the finance industry. Howard started their career in 2006 as a Corporate Banking Intern at AIB. Howard then worked at PwC as a Tax Intern in 2007, followed by a role at Deloitte Ireland as an Executive in Corporate Finance from 2008 to 2012. At AIB, they served as a Senior Associate in the Strategic Solutions Unit from 2012 to 2014 and as an Associate Director in the Specialised Finance Unit from 2014 to 2017. Currently, Howard is at Muzinich & Co since 2017, where they held the position of Director in Pan-European Private Debt until 2021 and is currently serving as the Managing Director in Pan-European Private Debt, Private Markets. Howard is also the Chief Investment Officer & DP for Investment Management at Muzinich & Co (Ireland) starting from 2022. Howard Mahon has worked across different sectors and has gained extensive experience in corporate credit and investment management.
Howard Mahon completed their high school education at Belvedere College from 1994 to 2004, where they obtained their Leaving Certificate. From 2004 to 2008, they attended Trinity College Dublin, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics and Finance.
