Prior to this role, Jon held multiple senior finance positions at Neuberger Berman from April 2010 to April 2021, including CFO for Asia Pacific and Head of Finance for Asia Pacific ex Japan at a leading global asset-management firm. Earlier career experiences include serving as Deputy Financial Controller at Stonehaven UK Ltd from January 2007 to March 2010 and as a Chartered Accountant at Chavereys from September 2000 to December 2006, specializing in farming, landed estates, and private client work.
