Giovanni Aliotti

Giovanni Aliotti has extensive work experience in the food industry. Giovanni began their career in 2004 as a Commercial Fisherman for F/V Palumma II during the Sockeye Salmon Run in June and July. In 2011, they became Logistics Manager for Headstart Nursery, Inc., where they managed all aspects of shipping, truck dispatchers, green house supervisors, and employees on the loading, packing, mowing, and irrigation crews. Giovanni also worked directly with growers/production manager at large scale farming operations with planting schedules, transplant sales, and daily transplant shipments/needs. In 2013, they joined Superior Foods as a Sales Executive and Business Manager, managing the entire business cycle from selling to the customer, confirming contracts, arranging the program, and successfully coordinating every aspect of the customer's needs. Giovanni also maintained an up to date understanding of industry trends and developments that affect target markets and prepared and presented sales reports for customer and internal company meetings, plus managed sales forecasting per month for each customer. Most recently, in 2018, they became the VP Frozen Sales for Muzzi Family Farms.

Giovanni Aliotti attended Palma High School from 2002 to 2006 and obtained a High School degree. Giovanni then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Business and Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 2006 to 2010.
