Judita Malininaitė has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. In 2011, they worked as a Journalist and Project Manager for Studentų era. From 2014 to 2015, they served as a Course Coordinator at Idioma Group, where they communicated with teachers and students and administered websites. In 2015, they completed an internship at the Embassy of Lithuania in Estonia, where they translated media reports and correspondences and managed the embassy's Facebook page. Judita then worked as a Logistic and Customer Service Manager in Estonian language at ROCKWOOL International in 2016, responsible for customer order management and customer satisfaction. Judita also worked as a Personal Assistant to the Ambassador at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia during this time, performing various administrative tasks and providing assistance. In 2018, they started working at MV Group as the Head of Customer Support at the E-Commerce department, leading a team and improving customer service quality. Judita also worked as a Client Support Specialist in Estonian language at the same company. Additionally, they mentored and taught creative technology classes at bit&Byte. Judita has also worked as a Freelance Translator and Journalist. Judita was a Mentee/Alumni at Women Go Tech from 2018 to 2019.

Judita Malininaitė obtained a Bachelor's degree in Lithuanian Philology and Estonian Language from Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University in 2014. Judita then went on to pursue a Master's degree in History from the same university, completing it in 2017. In 2015, they briefly attended Tallinn University to further their studies in History. In addition, they have also studied Estonian Language and Culture at the University of Tartu from 2012 to 2013. Prior to their higher education, Judita Malininaitė attended Utenos Adolfo Šapokos gymnasium from 2006 to 2010.
