Reid Abernethy

Reid Abernethy has extensive experience in investment and real estate, currently serving as Chief Investment Officer at MV Investment since May 2025. Prior to this role, Reid held the position of Chief Investment Officer and Managing Director of Development at LIV Development from October 2022 to May 2025. Additional roles include Vice President of Real Estate Equity Investments and Vice President & Director of Structured Equity Investments at Eagle Realty Group, as well as various positions at Miller-Valentine Group and earlier at Eagle Realty Group. Reid began a career in finance at Nationwide and Ameritas Investment Partners. Reid holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a double major in Finance and Real Estate from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, completed in 2003.
