Jim Shears is the CEO of MV Sports & Leisure. Jim has over 25 years of experience in the finance and accounting industry. Jim started their career as an auditor with the Audit Commission in 1993. Jim then moved to Rayner Essex LLP as an auditor in 1996. In 1999, they were a founding member of Paradigm Europe Ltd and was the finance lead for the company. From 2001 to 2002, they worked as a project accountant for IFG Life. In 2002, they became the treasury/group finance accountant for Anglian Water Services. Jim then became the CEO of TANDEM GROUP PLC in June 2002 and held that position until May 2022.
Jim Shears completed a Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Financial Management at Loughborough University.
