Jennifer Marschang is an experienced recruiting professional with a strong background in safety leadership and corporate recruitment. Currently serving as a Senior Safety Leadership and Corporate Recruiter at MV Transportation since December 2021, Jennifer manages the candidate pipeline for safety and corporate positions and collaborates with stakeholders to enhance the candidate experience. Previously, Jennifer held roles as a Recruiting Sourcer at MV Transportation and as a Branch Manager at Express Employment Professionals, where successful recruitment strategies led to high retention rates.
