Michael Bass

Michael Bass has a diverse background in IT, starting their career as an IT intern at GameStop. Michael later held roles as a Technology Facilitator at Marcus High School and a Help Desk/Desktop Support at Realty Mortgage Corp. Michael has experience as a Technical Assistance Center Analyst at First Horizon National Corporation and a Customer Support Center Analyst at Hudson. Michael also worked as a PC Tech at ACS and ACS/City of Carrollton before transitioning to a Systems Administrator role at FTS International. Currently, Michael serves as a Sr. Systems Engineer at 7-Eleven and MV Transportation. Michael has a degree in Computer Science - Networking and Communications from Hill College. Their expertise includes VMware administration, SAN configuration, file share administration, Cisco UCS configuration, and private cloud backup administration.
