Cory Poppitz

Cory Poppitz has extensive experience in sports management and operations, currently serving as Assistant General Manager and Operations Manager at MV Ventures since June 2019. Prior roles include Facility Services Assistant at Minnesota Vikings Football, LLC from July 2017 to May 2019, and various positions at Minnesota State University, Mankato, including Assistant Athletic Director for Sport Operations and Assistant Athletic Business and Operations Manager from August 2011 to May 2017. Early career experience includes roles as a Concessions/Event Management Graduate Assistant at Minnesota State University, Mankato, and Administrator for the Star of the North Games/USA CUP at the National Sports Center. Cory holds a Master's degree in Sport Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato and a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
