Brian McGeady

Brian McGeady is the managing partner at MVAH Partners. Brian has over fifteen years of experience in the affordable housing industry. Brian started their career as a vice president of underwriting at the Paramount Financial Group. Brian was responsible for the underwriting and closing of 12-15 affordable housing transactions each year. Brian led a team of market analysts, financial analysts, construction analysts, and asset managers to prepare the appropriate underwriting reports. Brian also worked closely with counsel to negotiate all equity documents required for the closings.

In March 2004, Brian joined Pivotal Housing Partners as a development analyst. Brian was responsible for the analysis and feasibility of new development opportunities, as well as the management and due diligence of existing portfolio properties. Brian was promoted to director of development in 2006 and oversaw the development, financing and construction of over 2,000 units of affordable housing across the country.

Brian has a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Notre Dame and a master's degree in real estate development from Columbia University.

Brian McGeady completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Finance, General from the University of Dayton.
