Michael Rodgers

Michael Rodgers has a diverse work experience in the banking and technology industries. Michael started their career at Lockheed Martin as a Systems Engineer in 2004. In 2005, they joined Virginia Commerce Bank as a Senior Loan Administrator before moving up to the role of VP - Credit Officer in 2010. At Virginia Commerce Bank, they were responsible for designing and analyzing reports and improving loan analysis and reporting processes. In 2014, Michael joined MVB Bank as VP - Commercial Lender, where they underwrote, structured, negotiated, and closed commercial real estate transactions. Michael also worked closely with the credit department and was actively involved in complex acquisition, development, and construction project transactions. In 2018, they were promoted to SVP - Commercial Loan Officer at MVB Bank.

Michael Rodgers attended the Virginia Bankers Association School of Bank Management from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Masters in Business Intelligence at Saint Joseph's University - Erivan K. Haub School of Business from 2009 to 2011. Michael's undergraduate studies were at Virginia Tech - Pamplin College of Business, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Technology from 2000 to 2004.
