Renee Rush

Renee Rush, CPA, currently serves as the Senior Equity and Finance Manager at MVB Bank since May 2021, where responsibilities include managing internal controls and reconciling state payroll tax registrations. Prior experience includes a tenure as Senior Manager of HR Accounting at PDC Energy, Inc., overseeing various financial activities and administering equity compensation programs. Earlier roles at Petroleum Development Corporation involved managing general ledger accounting and financial reporting, including the preparation of SEC filings. Additionally, Renee held the position of Comptroller at The Center for Entrepreneurial Studies & Development, managing the general ledger system for a nonprofit. Renee holds a Master's degree in Accounting and a Graduate Certificate in Forensic Accounting & Fraud Investigation from West Virginia University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Fairmont State College.
